1. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees are dependent on the size, weight and destination of the products ordered. 

2. Can I cancel my order?
Sure, you may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of submission. However, once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to process any refunds or accept returned mail. 

3. How can I return an incorrect, faulty or damaged item?
Should you receive any items that you did not order, or that prove to be faulty, please contact us at hello@wildtype.media. 

4. Which payment options are available to me?
We are delighted to accept payments made via PayPal, VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.

5. Can I place my order across the telephone?
We can only process orders placed through the website. This policy ensures that we can accept your orders quickly and that your details are kept secure throughout the ordering process.

6. Can I order in bulk? 
For all bulk orders or orders above 10 kg, please contact us at hello@wildtype.media.

7. When will my order arrive?
Dispatch times may vary for each item even if they are ordered at the same time. On average, our estimated delivery period is within two to four weeks. Plan ahead and start making room on your shelves for your new books!

8. Can I self-collect my books?
We're exclusively an online store.
